Throughout your day at TDM, you will have tasks such as:

- Managing and supervising all production operations, ensuring excellence and efficiency at every stage;

- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to maximize productivity and quality;

- Collaborating with the engineering, quality, logistics and sales teams to ensure on-time deliveries and total customer satisfaction;

- Promoting a safe working environment, encouraging a culture of safety and well-being;

- Analyzing and interpreting performance indicators, taking corrective action whenever necessary;

- Helping your team develop, encouraging continuous growth;

- Ensuring that production complies with all legal standards and quality certifications, keeping the company in line with sector regulations.

 

In order to be selected for the vacancy you must have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;

- At least 2 years' experience in production management in the metalworking sector;

- Solid knowledge of the manufacturing process, quality control and team management;

- Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions;

- Knowledge of tools such as: SolidWorks; Autocad, etc. (preferred);

- Knowledge of English and/or French (mandatory).

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00
